Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Cornerstone Dublin Epoxy Flooring handles the information you share with us through this website, by phone or by email. We're a flooring contractor in Dublin, CA, and we collect only what we need to answer your questions, give you a quote and do the work.
It applies to every page on our site, from the home page to our service and city pages. If you want to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page has that.
What information we collect
When you fill out our quote or contact form, we get what you type in, usually your name, phone number, email, address or city, and a description of your floor or project. If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can follow up.
When you visit the site, basic analytics tools record things like which pages you looked at, how long you stayed, the type of device and browser you used and your general location by city or region. This tells us which pages help people and which ones don't.
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember a visit. We use them for analytics and to keep the site working properly, not to build a profile of you.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to reply to you, schedule an on-site visit, prepare your quote and keep you posted while the job is underway. We may also reach out after the job to make sure you're happy with your floor.
We use analytics information to fix problems on the site and make our pages clearer. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send you marketing lists from other companies.
Who we share it with
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you submit passes through that service before it reaches us. Our analytics tools are also run by outside providers, and both handle your information under their own privacy policies.
Beyond those services, we share your information only when the job needs it, such as giving your address to our crew, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep project and contact records for as long as we need them to finish your job, stand behind our work and keep ordinary business and tax records. If you contacted us but didn't hire us, we keep your inquiry only as long as it's useful for following up, then delete it.
Analytics data is kept by the analytics provider under its own settings and is used in summary form, not tied to your name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, and we'll do so unless we have to keep a record for legal or tax reasons. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some analytics won't record your visit.
Children's information
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and if we learn we have, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page so it always shows how we work now. Checking back here is the easiest way to see the current version.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (925) 230-5014, email us or use the form on our contact page. We answer the phone Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 11 PM and on weekends from 7 AM to 11 PM.
We respond within 1 business day. Tell us what you need, and we'll let you know what we found and what we did about it.
