About our Dublin flooring contractor company

A light gray, multicolored flake-coated garage floor meets the driveway, with a black car and green lawn outside.

How I got into concrete floors

I learned flooring from my dad. I spent weekends and summers on his concrete jobs before I was old enough to drive, and in 2017 I opened this business in Dublin. Nine years in, we're a flooring contractor in Dublin, CA best known for coatings and finished concrete that hold up because the work under them was done right.

Homeowners around the Tri-Valley call us for garages, patios, basements and pool decks, and business owners call when a shop or warehouse floor has to be planned around their hours. Prep comes first for me. When a coating lets go, the reason is usually in the concrete under it, so I'd rather spend the time grinding and checking than rush to the fun part. If your slab isn't ready yet, I'll tell you that straight.

What you can expect when we work on your floor

  • The slab gets the most attention

We grind, check and repair the concrete before any coating goes down, because that's what decides how well your finish holds. It's the slowest part of the job, and it's the part we won't cut short.

  • I look at your floor myself

I come out to every job in person, so you get a quick, clear answer on what your slab can take and what it can't. Sometimes the honest answer is that it needs work first.

  • An estimate you can compare

Your written estimate lays out the prep, the system and each step. That way you can set it beside any other quote and see exactly what each one covers.

  • One crew from tear-out to topcoat

Our own crew takes up the old coating, preps the concrete and lays every coat, so nothing falls between trades. For shops and warehouses, we plan the work around your traffic and how long you can close.

Licensing and insurance for floor work in Dublin

Serving Dublin Since 2017

  • Dublin business license

The City of Dublin requires every business doing work inside city limits to hold a current city business license, and that includes subcontractors and companies based in other cities. It's a fair question to ask any floor contractor you're comparing.

  • Licensed and insured

Licensed and insured. Permit rules depend on the city or county your address falls in, so we check with that office before work starts, and when a permit is needed we take care of the paperwork as part of the job.
